Training of
plant personnel, both process and administrative, is an effective way of improving
performance and employee motivation.
Satake are able to offer training packages tailored to meet
customer's specific requirements.
Discussions with the customer take place to determine the scope of
the training and also ways to monitor its effectiveness.
Training manuals are custom prepared for each package covering all
facets of milling plant operations.
Both on site and off site training is undertaken; with on site
training being the preferred choice as it allows classroom theory to be applied to the
customer's plant.
The National Association of British And Irish Millers
(nabim) runs correspondance courses in flour milling, leading to City and Guilds
examinations each May. These course are open to students of all ages from both the UK and
