The Satake Colour Grader PCGA Series 4
was the direct successor to the
internationally accepted Kent Jones and Martin Flour Colour Grader.
This automated instrument
gave the quality assurance controller an accurate and reliable
indication of the colour and hence the purity of flour.
The machine is now
discontinued.. all enquiries for spares should still be directed to Satake.
